Dr. Cairns IS GREAT! I had open release carpal tunnel surgery yesterday morning. This surgery should’ve been done years ago bc my hands are quite bad. However, He did a great job! So far no problems. This was my first surgery ever and I was super nervous! He is extremely nice,smart, helpful,supportive, and great at his job. Everyone I came in contact with at short stay, WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Thanks !
Can't say enough good things about Dr Carins. Great bedside manner. Helps one decide on the options for treatment and has been spot on every time I've seen him. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Cairns is a great surgeon, has great bedside manor, the office in Reidsville is great from the front office to the care by all the nurses and the doctor. I highly recommend him.
