Friendly at first, but the place left a funny feeling with me. The doctor spoke about a procedure I needed and about getting arounfd my insure in the third person, talking to the helper, without really explaining the procedure to me. I wish he had asked if I was ok with it, before talking about whether the insurance would be ok with it too. I was then scheduled for an appointment the following week for the procedure.
