Never asked why I came in to the office or what I wanted done. Read the x-ray and started telling me about things that do not even bother me. Would not recommend wasting your time or money!
Worst experience I have had with medical personnel. I have had a number of x-ray and have never been shown one. They ask you to sign things without explaining what it is. They do not take the time to fully explain things to you. Lazy and unprepared.
Poor customer service! Botched Surgery and tried to blame the lack of recovery on the patient. We wish we would have researched other doctors.
Just had total right knee replacement, just left hospital Dr.Mark Oliver & his assistant & team could have not have done a better job thank you, Mario Sepulveda
