Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Would you recommend this ENT otolaryngologist to others? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Would you recommend this ENT otolaryngologist to others? I Already Have

Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Sometimes, but you have to really look Did this ENT Otolaryngologist recommend surgery too quickly? Sort of, I felt kind of pressured

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

Not that I have seen Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this ENT Otolaryngologist recommend surgery too quickly? Yes, it seemed pretty quick Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes
