I would give Mr. Brautigam a zero star review if that was possible. We had nothing but stress and hassle with this realtor. We were provided a different commission rate on a net sheet that was much lower than the rate he included on the contract. We will acknowledge that we should have read the fine print to clarify this with him, but we trusted that he would honor the rate on his net sheet.
