I can't say enough good things about Dr. Banks and his staff. The fact that I drive almost an hour each way for appointments is testament to how impressive he is. He is not only a competent physician; he has really wonderful people-skills and spends time getting to know his patients, offers advice, and a word of encouragement. Definitely above-and-beyond expectations. His staff are always polite and helpful, and help create a calm atmosphere which is so important when treating kids who might be anxious about Dr. visits.
