Dr Lorenz performed bilateral cochlear implants on my wife after she lost her hearing from bacterial meningitis. Dr Lorenz is very professional, informative, courteous and knowledgeable. He seems to take pride in his work and it shows. Pre surgery while doing the Q&A’s Dr Lorenz spoke very slowly and clearly as my wife had to use her phone to transcribe his words, flawless. Dr. Lorenz is the epitome of what confident patient centered care should look like. After several years of complicated sinus surgeries related to my military career and unsuccessful surgical interventions, he was able to identify and surgically correct my medical condition! Others have called him the “Chuck Norris “ or “Bruce Lee” of ENT. However, I know the truth, Dr. Lorenz is the “BabaYaga”, AKA John Wick of all things ENT… throat🤙
