My experience was the exact opposite of the previous poster. He did an awful revision on me and then after agreeing with me that it was cosmetically unacceptable turned his back on me completely offering fillers instead. He destroyed my trust in Surgeons completely.
Please do not consider seeing another Dr if you are able to consult with Dr Constantian. There are many doctors who are skilled but Dr Constantian is second to none. I have researched and consulted with many and I do not feel any could match Dr Constantian's work.. He will take on work that most others would shy from and I believe truly, this is purely to help the individual. If you are considering rhinoplasty and are searching for the best doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Constantian. He was referred to me by a plastic surgeon 10 years ago that said for my difficult case, Dr. Constantian would be the best plastic surgeon in the U.S.. Dr. Mark Constantian gave me back my life.. he's brilliant-let me tell you why..nowadays I'm location does my research but Zacs several years ago I had a standard rhinoplasty hoping the initial surgery with a different doctor would. Give me a small nose.. what I didn't realize at the time was there are many factors one must take into account for example the type of skin you have your internal structure etc... First and only plastic surgery for me, I had always hated my nose, he improved it and my breathing. A subtle change, I'd do it again and I'd go to him. I thought he was very nice and easy going, and the staff was great.

I can't tell you how much my entire family appreciates Dr. Constantian and his staff. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have such a wonderful Dr. taking care of our Father! Arrogant know-it-all . Total lack of interest in patient. According to him, all his results are an improvement. Poor aesthetic result. Enough said.
I had closed rhinoplasty along with fixing a deviated septum due to multiple sports injury. He was upfront that it would never look perfect again but the improvements were very noticeable. I found that he was extremely professional, kind and accommodating. Its month 4, the swelling continues to go down and my nose looks much much better. I can breathe again which I couldn't (through my nose) due to the severity of the break. His staff is very professional and helpful. Can't thank him enough for a job well done.

My experience with Dr Constantian could not be have been better. He performed closed rhinoplasty on me (one of the few surgeons that know how to do this right) and the results are spectacular. In my humble opinion, and based on my results, he is a genius. My case was difficult as he had to not only correct a breathing problem but also correct some side effects from a previous surgery that was not done correctly.
