I came to Dr. Constantian with a long list of rhino-problems. My original nose was long, wide, asymmetrical, with a hump and bulbous tip. Four surgeries with three doctors (two of them excellent but unavailable) had improved it, but my greatest concerns--tip definition and the width of the base because of the nostrils' shape and placement--were still largely unresolved. This doctor must be one of the most overrated, incompetent doctors that is practicing in the US today. He left me with a chopped off, pinched, flat, crooked Michael Jackson nose. He took every single improvement that I had from the previous surgery and completely destroyed it. His idea of fixing a pollybeak deformity was chopping off my tip. Did not work. After having my nose smashed and having had 3 previous surgeries, I was referred to Dr. Constantian because he performs surgeries without cutting and pealing back the nose. He was able to fix the appearance of my nose and my breathing to my satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very compassionate, understanding and is a great surgeon. His staff is also wonderful!
He has no skill and is a flat out liar. He created the ugliest nose possible by overgrafting my nose. I've tried multiple time to have it reversed and it was impossible. The Surgeons who tried and went in there said it was a real mess due to all the distorted grafting and these Surgeons are far superior to Dr. C. Dr. C. wants everyone to think that he made a great contribution to the the annals of plastic surgery. What a pathetic joke. The only contribution he has made is to the misery of so many of his botched patients.
This doctor is a complete incompetent. He butchered my already damaged nose by making it completely flat and wide from top tp bottom. He also shortened it. He tried to rotate my tip up in order for it to look projected and thank god it failed, I look like I have a terrible 1970's nose job. His techniques are completely outdated,. He makes you look UGLY. Dr. Constantian is the real thing. He has years (and years) of experience. Many of the other Drs I met with (I did my research!), thought of him as the best...the original. He is professional; immediately upon meeting him, he may seem aloof, I believe that's because he's approaching you professionally - his job is to make you look like your true self, not to make you feel warm and fuzzy inside. Dr. Constantian is a wonderful surgeon and a very kind man. He and his staff answered all of my questions in depth and we're quick to reassure me when I had any doubts. Overall he is a very kind man who is very passionate about his work. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and couldn't recommend a better doctor!
Dr. Constantian is a superbly skilled surgeon, nationally recognized, who performs many complicated/problematic procedures that other local docs refer to Boston or New York; or simply decline to perform. He is gifted practitioner and very approachable. the rib grafting he did is so BULKY! It does not even look like a real nose, more like a an ornament It can't be undone. I am to live looking like a freak for the rest of my life. He has damaged many more people than he could of ever helped.
