My ex-husband and I purchased numerous items from Mark including an engagement ring, wedding bands, and diamond studs and rings. The issue developed when I brought my jewelry to be appraised for insurance purposes. I discovered my studs were treated diamonds and worth only $1600 (not $5500). I also discovered my ruby ring was worth half of the amount of money spent and that the ruby was not what Mark claimed it to be. I have reached out to mark numerous times and he refuses to respond. I can't say enough about how great my experience was working with Mark! The craftsmanship on the engagement ring I purchased is amazing; my fiancée loves it! There is no way I could have found a ring of that caliper for that price anywhere else. I recommend Mark to my friends and would never buy diamonds elsewhere.
