If you’re looking for a cheap place in a good location while you save for something better, this might work. But if you’re looking for peace of mind, I wouldn’t recommend this complex. One thing they won’t tell you up front: the elevators go out frequently. Sometimes residents are notified, sometimes not. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re out right now. I understand that everyone’s experience can be different, but for me, the last two years were eye-opening. That said, I do want to shout out the leasing manager, a... read more
I don’t like to write negative reviews overall. The maintenance of this place in general is very bad from all aspects. I’m a resident of this place & I’ve had some issues for my refrigerator since June 2025. Now it’s August 5th 2025 & it has not been fixed. I’ve brought to their attention the doors that get you from the parking lot to the building they slammed so hard no matter how close you close them & never been fixed. I’ve no issue for overall but maintenance of the buildings needs to be taken in consideration including ... read more
I’ve lived at The Mark for the past two years and have had both positive and disappointing experiences. On the positive side, the apartments themselves are well-designed and comfortable, and maintenance has generally been responsive and helpful when issues arise. For the most part, it’s been a nice place to live. However, a few issues have impacted my overall experience. About a year into my lease, a very serious and frightening incident occurred when a young man, who had been shot, appeared at our back patio door in the mid... read more
Damon, Manager works his but off to please everyone. If you see him, show your appreciation because his company puts him through it. Ok property, but little money to care for it.
I would never recommend anybody living here. They dismiss their tenants and charge absurd fees like $100 for a replacement parking sticker but continuously will not fix issues within the complex or units like mold, bathroom/sink leaks, bugs (fruit flies, cockroaches, ants, etc.), and mice. Management will allow certain rules to slide but will try to make every dollar they can from their tenants if it comes at an inconvenience for them. Picture 1: This dead mouse has been under the staircase for over 6 months. It’s very visib... read more
