Went in today to look at a unit and Ms.Shadareca Ellis was very helpful very knowledgeable of the property and all the procedures I would need to do to be approved very sweet and funny. We had a great Convo. Thanks a lot. Can’t wait to move here!
I had a great tour with Shadareca! She took the time to show me each unit (even those I didn’t think I wanted to see), didn’t make me feel rushed, and gave me some amazing insight on the property and specials. She was a pleasure to tour with and I absolutely recommend checking out this property!
This place is terrible. Do yourself a favor and do not move here. There’s not one good thing to say, honestly. The community is trashy. The security or lack there of is poor. The management team is focused on all the wrong things. Instead of making it a pleasant residential experience they will find every way possible to charge you. Valet trash is near nonexistent, but you will be charged if your trash can is left outside of your door. Residents constantly trash the stairwells. This place is 0/5.
The elevators are always broken so maneuvering around is odd since I live on the top floor. I feel sorry for anyone disabled as this is quite inconvenient.
I have lived here for about a year now. while the location is optimal, I have experienced more issues than peace of mind. pest control continues to be an issue. my air conditioning has stopped working twice in a year and both times it took days to fix even though this is considered a maintenance emergency. my toilet stopped working in my 1B/1B and when I stopped by the office after work to check on the status of my emergency repair request, I was met with “they will get to it when they can, you can use the bathroom in the of... read more
