The new manager Misti is the worst manager I’ve ever had since I’ve ever rented an apartment. I had been living in these apartments for 4 years with no problems before she came. She put me out during the holidays KNOWING I HAD A SMALL CHILD saying i was having noise violations that she never even proved or came out to actually prove it was me just constant accusations and i provided proof that i was rarely home. I live there for a year I moved in in July on September 2 I had a heart attack. Was rushed to Memphis hospital where I was for one month. When I came back I had nurses to come and assisted me I also had home maker come. I couldn’t take care of myself. My youngest daughter lived with my older daughter until I was getting better. Because I was upstairs my doctor told me to move because of the stairs. It was a problem because of my breathing. My least was up in July.I Move. I was told my deposit would be returned. Nice place to live in Delta locations
منطقه رائعه وهادئه ولا يوجد فيها اي مشاكل امان وراحه وشقق واسعه وغرف كبيره وصاله كبيره ومباني نظيفه من الداخل والخارج انصح السكن فيه
It’s been over a month since I applied. Took my deposit and application fee but they’re not responding on whether or not they’ll approve me or deny me. No one is picking up phones nor returning my calls or answering my emails. And when I go in person, no one is present to see me. Very dishonest way of doing business. I’m taking y’all to court!
