I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I only see this doctor every couple of years for routine checkups, so I’m not a frequent patient. When I injured my back, I was told my doctor was too busy but I could see another provider in the office, which I agreed to. I followed their recommendation to try over the counter options, but after several days I was still in significant pain. I was a medic in the service and have worked with many medical professionals during that time, Dr. Galles is one of the best. He has been my whole family's Doctor for many years now. He is attentive, caring and very knowledgeable. Dr. Galles has always been up front with his advice and council and will be there for you if you need him. It does not get any better than that. And yes he will raise his voice if you didn't hear him in an effort to keep you from doing something stupid relative to your health. I for one appreciate ... read more

I love Dr Galles and his staff. I’ve been his patient for over 20 years and am thankful for him. He really listens to me when I’m at my appointments. He never rushes and really takes his time. When I send a message I usually receive a response within a day unless it’s on the weekend.

I have been patient of this doctor for years. We have had only one bad encounter over that time. He has great staff from business manager, front desk, nurse assistant to his self. They are carrying and willing to listen to patient. I have had other doctors but find he is top of the line.
