Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

The Doctor takes time to ask questions , and is willing to help us with anything we need. Staff is GREAT!!!!!!! They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and modern. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. DIFFANATLY would recommend
