Worst bedside manner ever! Rushes- appointment will be anywhere from 5-10 minutes long after an hour and a half wait. The staff does the best they can, but he is especially rude to his help. Can barely understand him with that strong accent. Not worth my time or insurance.
He's straight to the point and very nice.
Dr. Akselrud seems like a good enough doctor, however his staff is incompetent. On more than one occasion I have had to call his office to get them to call in refills for my medication at CVS. When I do call, the reply is not "Hello, may I help you" it's "Dr. Akserud's office, hold please" which is followed by a 10 minute wait. If I need to speak to the person that handles medications, I am then transferred to the voicemail of the person (in this case, Brittany), who does not return my call.
I was referred to this office by my insurance . I was in here for 5 minutes talking to the receptionist and she has the biggest attitude ever. Huge turn off. We have choices . And my choice was to leave and find another office / Doctor to go to. I don't recommend this place AT ALL. The reciptionist needs an attitude check or a different job because I'm sure someone else would love her position.
Dr. Akselrud is one of the best Doctors I have ever had. He is very caring, knowledgeable and helpful. He genuinely cares for his patients.
He is ok but Dr Jill is better all so Staff is ok but Ellen The Cordinator is not that great
