Today was my first appointment with my new PCP.What a pleasure, neat clean suite, good parking, almost no wait.I am an old guy, but DR A hit all the important points, made two vitamin suggestions and I feel as though I have been his patient forever.This is my new forever PCP.
Dr. Akselrud is knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and professional… His staff is friendly and courteous… The office is bright and well- maintained… What I like most about this office is the fact that I can talk to the friendly office receptionist over the phone instead of just a machine or an out-of-office appointment service clerk… I would strongly recommend this doctor and his office to everyone who is looking for a competent and reliable medical care service…
The most disgusting rudest staff I have ever seen in my life . !!@!!@!@@@@ I have never ever experienced this kind of service as long as I leave. It is such a disgrace to see such fine educated doctor be surrounded by such a monstrous personell.

The staff there is very unprofessional. They do not follow up as promised and very rude when you question them. They talk out in the open which is a HIPPA violation. I will not return there.

I have been waiting for 2 referrals for at least 4 weeks, and I have to call them every week to see what's going on, and the answer is always: " I'm sorry, what's the information again?". It's the worst medical service ever!!
