I am very pleased with Dr. Rodriquez. He takes his time with his patients and has been very successful in treating me
Dr. Mark Rodriquez has remarkable listening skills and is very compassionate about his patients. His Physician Assistants are also some very talented folks as well.
His Nurse Practitioner whom sees patients doesn't take any time to review their history and decides with or without discussion what if any meds are needed or just dismiss any questions or concerns a patient has. Also she doesn't do a basic exam. Very rude. The office manager and staff more or less decides when and or if the patient can talk to and or schedule appointments with Dr Rodriguez.
He is s very caring dr. Easy to talk to. We have been seeing Dr Rodriguez for many years, and I would highly recommend him
I was a long time patient and never met Dr. Rodriguez. The office is plagued by PA turnover and the noticeable absence of Dr. Rodriguez in the practice. My experience has been that some of the staff are very kind and considerate. While others are rude and inept. In addition, there's something weird that has been happening with their in-house lab service that has resulted in over $10K worth of charges for standard lab work showing up on my Explanation of Benefits. Not sure what's going on there.
I am disgusted that they advertise appointment availability same day or next day. Im a patient there and feeling very ill and wanted to be seen but they said they can't squeeze me in today or tomorrow. What good is having a doctor that can't help you when you really need it?
I am a very healthy consumer, so Dr. Rodriquez has not managed any chronic or acute situations for me. However, I am very impressed with Dr. Rodriquez' approachable, down-to-earth demeanor coupled with his obvious clinical expertise. I was referred by one of my family members, my son, who has always related very well to Dr. Rodriquez for the same reasons. My am a medical anthropologist and entire family follows the holistic path in medical care. I have referred three others to Dr. Mark.
