I have been seeing Dr. Rodriguez for many years. He is by far one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. His office staff is great his nurse practitioner Heather is amazing. They listen to you and help you and alway make you feel like a priority. You get more than medical care, you also get a nurturing relationship with Dr R and his staff.
My whole family has been seeing Dr Rod for many years. He started seeing me when I retired from the military in 2000. He is a wonderful doctor. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He actually takes time to listen and answer questions. He and his staff have great respect for their patients.
3 weeks ago had made an appt for labs and asked them to send the orders to Quest in New Braunfels which they first told me no I could not go to the lab I’d chosen…I called the office again and staff was helpful I thought ok they got it… During that conversation with staff I cancelled the appointment for labs. 3 weeks later I get a call today confirming my appointment for labs…huh? I called in December and was told Dr. Rodriguez was accepting new patients and to call back in Jan. Based on that feedback, I put Dr. Rodriguez down as my PCP with BCBS. I called back in Jan of 2024 and was told Dr. Rodriguez is not accepting new patients and I could see his nurse in May of 2024. The lady on the phone was extremely rude as well. This place is an absolute joke. I advise anyone to STAY AWAY from these clowns!!!!!!
The care I have received from Dr. Mark Rodriguez and his office has been exceptional. He and his staff listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that have yielded positive results. The entire team at his office displayed a high level of professionalism and make me feel comfortable throughout each of my visits. I am blessed to have Dr. Mark Rodriguez as my doc. I have great confidence in him and his abilities as well in his staff.
Dr Rodriguez takes time to ask what is working and what isn’t. . He keeps up with my labs. He explains why and how things work in my case. I’ve been with Dr Rodriguez for more than 30 years and I won’t change until he retires! He’s an excellent physician!
Dr. Rodrigues is professional, warm, compassionate, kind and doesn’t rush a thing. The person saying the office staff lacked personality - they don’t exist to entertain you.
I was at the appointment with a family member and we were very disappointed. Dr Rodriguez doesn’t have the best bedside manner, but the staff was even worse. One of his MA’s, Monica, was very unprofessional, lacked personality and was more interested in talking with coworkers than doing her job.. The office is very hard to get ahold of by phone, and being in the medical field for over 18 years, I was very disappointed. We will not recommend to family or friends.
