Please. They are no good. I had to get my lawyer just to contact them. Yes it has come to this. This organization is apparently constantly going to small claims court. That pretty much sums it up.

If you rent form them do not expect to get a refund on your deposit. They are a crocked and deceiving landlords. most of all if something brook down like heating or water problems don't expect to get it fixed anytime soon. My brother went without heat for 2 winters and the would not do anything about it. We took them to court and they lied about everything that was said. Believe me they are SLUM landlords.
