When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.
