Doctor was excellent he takes time with patients. He also helped me get my Mother into the car. I been looking for an excellent doctor and I finally find one.
My fiance called Dr. Nowacki's office 2 weeks ago to ensure they took both of our insurances before we switched PMC providers. She had her appointment last week and it was fine. Today, at 550pm, they called me and told me they do NOT accept Tricare (military) insurance anymore and that I need to bring 300 cash TOMORROW at my appt at 10 am. So they told my fiance they accept Tricare and then call me the evening before to tell me that they don't. Was in the market for a new PCP since my last was growing office staff faster than he could see patients. Seemed like trying to get thru the White House. Called Dr. Nowacki office and got in within an hour. He is a NO NONSENSE Dr. I see him for knowledge about my conditions. I'm not looking for a friend. Extremely satisfied with Dr. Nowacki and his secretary Nancy. Alway polite and willing to work around your schedule. We need more Doctor's of this calibre in practice today!
