I have had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Micus’ office for over a year, and it has been rescheduled three times. When I asked why this kept happening, Madina told me it was because I “don’t pick up to confirm appointments.” The only call I actually received was when she left a voicemail saying my appointment was canceled. I'm skittish with dental care, I didn't have good dental habits as a child and its taken its toll. Dr Mikus is patient and never shames me,

Very good will be honest about issue doesnt try and sell things like other dentists understand my insurance only covers fillings and cleanings

Terrible manners. Talks about hygienist and how everyone he interviews won’t work for 13 or less and everyone wants more nowadays!! I asked him how I could match my front teeth better because one is fake, he told me knock both out and do it again. My husband had to have his cavity redone insurance did not cover. I have to have a cavity redone insurance will not cover. This guy is the worst! Called me 3 times to cancel mine, my sons, and husbands appointments! I had a great experience with Dr Mikus ; and the setting is private which is nice some offices have 6 chairs in 1 open room
