Dr. Jones I've been a patient of Dr. Jones for several years. My Dental Technician, Melissa, is awesome. I have a hard time getting numb, but Dr. Jones always starts me with some extra novocaine and/or lidocaine, and if necessary, gives me an extra shot if I still feel pain.

Was on vacation and was referred to Dr. Mark Anthony Jones DDS PA, took me in after hours and was so professional and caring, best dentist I have ever been to and I am over 60 years old, and I was pain-free.

A capable, caring, professional, Dentist – November 1, 2011 Turner says I have received nothing but the best of dental services from Dr. Mark Anthony Jones since my arrival in North Carolina in 2004. Through extractions, root canal corrections, and cleanings, Dr. Jones and his staff have demonstrated the utmost in professional competency, courtesy, and administrative follow through.

Excellent and pain free service – We are going almost 10 Years to Dr. Mark Jones and had never a complain to make. We are very satisfied with his professional and thorough service. He was always able to fit our busy schedule. He replaced all my amalgam fillings and I didn't experienced any pain. We highly recommend his service

If you want the best, go to the best! – I have been going there for 2 years and just went there this week for a routine visit. I have been nothing but satisfied with my experience with Dr. Jones and staff. It's a shame that people that do not know how to pay their bills in a timely manner or have zero pain tolerance try to take out their anger in other avenues. Worst Dentist Ever!! – Dr. Jones filled several teeth and I experienced excessive pain during the procedure and from excess material. During the procedure he did not let the lidocaine (used so you don't feel the shots) sit before he started the Novocaine shots and they were not allowed to sit before he started drilling. When I told him that I had pain he laughed told me I was exaggerating then administered 5 more shots. Very Caring and Excellent service – I found Dr. Jones to be an excellent provider. Being a person with a tight business schedule, I appreciate when a dentist can work you in. I called the office and staff was able to get me an appointment on short notice. I also really like be able to watch TV while in the dentist chair. Dr.Jones again thank you.

Tried to rip me off – I set up a cleaning appointment with Dr. Jones who told me that I needed to have every filling in my mouth replaced. This didn't sound right as I am in my early 20's and some fillings had not been in my mouth for too long. I got a second opinion and sure enough the new dentist recommended no filling replacements. I did not have the same problem with the office staff as others have had, but people should really steer clear of Mark Jones unless they are looking to pay for dental work they do not need.
