This office exceeded my expectations! Im so pleased at the friendly atmosphere and proffessional care by the entire staff. The office manager is so organized and anwers all my questions. Dr. Hansen is patient and caring and highly skilled. Highly recommend!
Dr Hansen is professional and thorough. He is like a member of the family. My entire family has been going to him since he took over the practice from the previous doctor. He even replaced a broken crown for free after 5 years! His staff is very kind and attentive. They have a very low staff turnover which is nice since going to the dentist is stressful enough without having new people work on you every time.
I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Hansen since he began his practice. He has consistently demonstrated a conservative and conscientious approach to my dental treatment which I trust without question. He performed such a remarkable veneer procedure on my two front teeth that I forget about it for months at a time. He performed three root canal procedures (one quite tricky!) that have had no need for further attention. His office staff would be the envy of most a medical practitioner.
I can't say enough great things about Mark. He's been treating me since 1994. He really cares about my comfort during procedures and that I'm fully satisfied with the results of my cosmetic treatments. His eye for detail is unparalleled. If you're looking for a great doctor in Novato look no further. He's by far and away the best.
Dr. Hansen is a terrific dentist. I have been going to him for several years after a friend's recommendation and have never looked back. He and his staff are knowledgable and friendly. Going to to see him is anxiety-free and my kids now love him too.
