Dr Hall did Kybella on my neck for a double chin and it worked great! I would recommend him also for regular Dermatology.
If you need a Dermatologist that knows what he is doing, then you need to see Dr. Hall! He has diagnosed and treated multiple skin cancers on me and always treated me like human being not just a NUMBER!!! Would recommend him to anyone I know.
I find Dr. Hall to be very pleasant and willing to answer any questions you may have. Although he seems right to the point and doesnt mess around, I consider him extremely knowledgeable.
After using Dr. Hall for more than six years, I felt that he had performed several unnecessary biopsies and pathological exams in order to increase his fees. My suspicion was supported by several friends, including an MD. And I have never used a doctor whose office staff does not answer the phone, but plays a message that says they will get back to you within 24 hours. I would not go back to Dr. Hall.
WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN. Both him and his PA Dr. Conway were terrible listeners and didn't ask a single question about my skin, breakouts, or my habits. They were very quick to prescribe antibiotics even though I expressed that was my last choice. Billing sucked. This place was horrible and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
I feel bad reviewing Staff friendliness and courteousness as a 1star. They were all very nice EXCEPT the doc. He was nice enough to me, but he was really nasty to the people that worked for him. It was difficult to not say anything even though it wasn't any my business. He might have just had a bad day or maybe behind, but I was happy to get out of there. Needless to say, hopefully I never have to go back there again.
