I would highly recommend these guys. My wife and I had our water heater go in our new house and Mark1 walked us through all our options, worked perfectly with our home owners insurance and most amazingly, got the job done in one day! We needed to have an entire hardwood floor replaced along with the dry wall and siding. They found out the floor was never installed correctly the first time, and fixed that. I contacted mark 1 restoration on labor day weekend for a roof leak. Mgr. Fred, Emmaus location promptly called me back and dispatched a carpenter technician on call near Philadelphia area and was at my home within an hour and half, repaired my roof ,very nice man ,i was so impressed with the service ,a real WOW factor ,fantastic customer service

I found Mark 1 through my insurance company after an unfortunate plumbing accident, and they ended being really great to work with. The project manager, Fred, and his crew were super friendly, communicative and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make it work, since we were scheduled to close on the sale of the property within just a few weeks.
