I called their shop right around thanksgiving to put my Christmas order in. I was number one. I my time to pick up order was 10am 12/24. I arrived late 1115. My cakes were not ready I had to wait 30 min or better. one of the workers was telling a customer how tired and the lo g hours etc etc. one of my cakes cost almost $100.00. I just opened it before I left for family's house and the whole top of my bruchedenoel was destroyed by the top of the box. shame on you I will never be back.

Ordered a small anniversary cake and asked for wedding like decor. Instead I received a fall colored cake that did not serve its purpose. I asked if they could fix it but there was no one on site to correct the issue. Very upsetting for my first visit. I feel they did not listen to the customer’s request.
