Went in today Really quick as first time customer Bought 2 cupcakes & A cookie ; COOKIE WAS OKAY .. RED VELVET CUPCAKES TERRIBLE... as a fellow baker myself I just wanted to support the small business but NEVER AGAIN .. I Took one bite of the cupcake & it tasted like old Fridge, it was gross, dry & tasted like it sat there a few days, it also lacked flavor. The Lemon Raspberry cake I had for my daughter’s Shower, people still talking about it!!! DELICIOUS
Best pastries in New Haven, and kindest, most generous and fun bakers. They welcomed my 5 year old in for a spontaneous field trip - pre social-distancing - and let her watch and bake with them for an hour. My daughter learned so much from Arlene and felt so special. Wish it were socially acceptable to eat their pastries at every meal of the day.
What can i say..best place ever...♥ the pastries are great and the people there rock :)
