I give 5 stars to Jasmine Harris for responding immediately to my concerns. She addressed my issues with decisiveness, urgency and concern. Jasmine is professional, respectful, courteous and friendly. I would give another 5 stars to maintenance supervisor David as he acted immediately and addressed my issues effectively and efficiently. I WAS WONDERING WHEN'.... – I lived in mariwood for 5 years 2001-2006. while i lived there the manager switched 3-4 times. all the managers never cared a bout the tenants unless they were the favorites to them. the maint. man would watch things that went on and turn a blind eye. the maint man would come on my lot and steal our rakes, garbage cans, tools, lawn mowers and even toys and when you would confront him he would threaten to throw you out of the park. really a bad place – i drove thru thiscommunity today. looking to buy a home. but there is many lots empty has homes. dogs many were loose.my car almost was hit, due to someone running a stop sign,plus his speed was over 30mph. the streets are terrible. yet it is close to my work, I wont be stopping there. now I read all these things about this place,it is a run don't stop. you need some one who cares about a home community to clean it up. for this will get worst. gald i didn;t get anyone atthe office.sign said open-yet no o... read more

Terrible Management!!! – I wish these reviews had been on here prior to me entering into a contract with these people!! I love the home and the community but since moving in it has been brought to my attention that managers are replaced every year...well-they just replaced another one 6 weeks ago and all hell has broken loose. horribledid i say horrible?i meant horrible – my family moved in to this place 19 years ago, it was very nice and well maintained.. wow, 19 years later. they let any "trailor trash move in, illegal deals that the maintenance man watch's go down,kids walking the streets,holes in the road, homes abandoned, empty lots, and the lot rent has gone up evry year since we moved in... it is now over 400 ... run dont walk dont stop... have you ever heard of a manager that doesnt have the main offices phone number???thats how bad this p... read more

NOT SO GREAT – Wow the last person in 08 that wrote the review could have been me! We have been here for about 15 years and we used to brag about our community not being a typical trailor park. Now it is everything you expect one to be. Abandoned homes, vacant lots ( over 100), no water , creek ful of waste, people moving in on homes with no plumbing or electric, criminals moving in, playground horrible, pool still not open 6-10-09, check police reports on Indy.gov, you will be scared. average – We have lived here for close to twelve years and it seems we have a new manager every year. With the new manager things seem to get worse instead of better as my lot rent continues to go up and up. Every year with the exception of las year the rent goes up ten dollsars, so this year it was raised twenty dolars. If it was for improvements I'd like to know what improvements. Nice community – It's one of the nicer mobile home communities. We've lived there 11 years. The lot rent is too high and not enough maintenance gets done. We had a sewage pipe problem and they dug up our yard, fixed the pipe then left a large pile of dirt in our yard. We ended up having to fix our yard ourselves and 2 years later still have a low spot in our yard and are still trying to get the grass to grow back.
