Waiting several hours for my appointment is bs. His staff did not give me my change from the visit. Go in for my procedures this morning and he is to no surprise running 4 hrs behind. Bay medical hung up on me when I called to have my money put back on my debit card as well. I will NEVER reccomend this man to anyone
He apparently doesn't think his patients time matters because he starts everyday at his office running behind it always takes 2 hrs to get seen no matter how early or late your appointment is. I work 14 hour days and don't appreciate waiting 2 hours to be seen. He needs to know their are more droctors in panama cty I'm done with him.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Klin to any and everyone with issues requiring gastroenterologist. He has treated me with nothing but the highest respect. He is very smart and cares about his patients.

Good doctor but he's never in the office so the appts. take about 3 to 4 hours. Waiting around for him to show up. The office Mgr was extremely rude when I told her that they need to realize that our time is valuable too. After waiting 2 hours for my test results I informed them I had to leave to get to work and they were very rude and defensive about it. All I want is to find out if something serious is wrong and their holding my results hostage! Bottom line do not go to this doctor. His staff and wait times aren't worth it... read more
Dr Klin saved my life...what better recommendation could I possibly give him. He is wonderful and very easy to talk to... Peole often complain about wait time, however, he is worth it.

Two hour wait past my appointment time on my very first visit, he spent on about 10 minutes with me, ordered test, did not get to know much about me, I have never got the results of my tests even and I have tried many times, his office crew are nasty, I would not recommend this Dr.
