Marius was the buyers agent on a purchase transaction we just closed together. I was so impressed by his diligence and attention to detail. You can tell he is experienced and his customers are his top priority!
Marius was the best realtor we have ever worked with. He took the time to show us one property we thought we liked, hiked up the extremely steep driveway to meet us and wasn't upset when we changed our minds. The second home we saw was the perfect house! Marius is top notch! We are buying a home remotely so Marius accommodated us with every virtual walk-through in houses we wanted to see! He definitely went above and beyond! He has a clear understanding of real estate rules. His years as a Real Estate agent gives him with the knowledge needed to look for potential issues when looking at houses. We greatly appreciate everything he did for us!
Marius is awesome! I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a home in the areas he serves! He guided us through the process of buying our first home, teaching us and keeping us informed along the way. He was also attentive to what we wanted/needed in a home.
