Incredibly disappointed with Village Medical, Dr. Siddiqi, Tramise (office manager) and front desk receptionist. I arrived for my appointment and waited while the receptionist checked another patient in. I was then informed that I needed to complete paperwork for the new year which had not been conveyed to me during appt. confirmation call. Once I completed paperwork, I was then told that the "grace period" had expired and that I could not be seen. Tramise informed me that Dr. MARIUM SIDDIQI had made the decision.
