I really appreciated the time that Dr. Suarez took with me at my last appointment. She took the time to answer my questions with care and knowledge of research, which is important to me. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
The worst primary care doctor I’ve ever had. Shows no care. Doesn’t take any symptoms seriously. I’m leaving the UM internal medicine system because of how bad this doctor truly is. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. She’s going to cause someone to lose their life because of her malpractice and negligence.
Dr. Suarez is an excellent primary doctor.
Got charged for *virtual* annual wellness checkup (first time ever) and sure it was not an error as I had informed their customer service, billing, complaint management and clinic staff and not only that I told them about the issue I also shared the possible resolution but they didn’t do anything except agreeing to me. Quick note; Kindly select a Hospital / Doctor where you would be treated as a patient and not an ATM.
