Polite professional guys. Very efficient hard workers. It was freezing and icy out and not a complaint from them
Technicians were awesome. Very difficult to get part in from the manufacturer though. Been without heat pump for several months. Owner was not easy to deal with.
I wouldn’t recommend… poor customer service . Still have an open ticket with NS power due to their clerical error . Unwilling to accept and come up with solutions. Communication for appointments was poor. The electrician was disrespectful. Left all his mess , threw my stuff all over , left a window open , left wires down in my back yard , and didn’t follow up with NS power to close his ticket .
