I don't think this company is in business any longer... Website is down, phone going straight to a voicemail that's not set up, texting auto replies with a bot.
We had our heat pump installed December 2023. Everything was working well until December 2024 when we turned our heat back on from the heat pump and it was not working. The company came rather quickly and were able to fix the situation, which was a small leak at the time. December 2025 turn the heat back on and again we are without heat. After 85 phone calls and emails through their company website there has been no response. We have gone all winter with no heat pumps. As a home owner I'm very disappointed i have ben trying to reach out the since last year about a heat pump that' was installed & the dam thin hasn't wrk properly from day one no one has ever tried to reach me so good luck
