I had someone from Maritime Hvac come by my house to price out a heat pump installation. After leaving my house they told me they would get back to me soon. It's been over a month and they have not returned any calls or emails. Super inconvenient and a total waste of my time.
Had an install in 2023, sold me a $12,000 system on promise that the grants would pay back $6000 if I paid for this higher end system they recommended (they had a "grants specialist"). The grants paid back less than $2000 and it took a month of hounding them to get my warranty paperwork. Now the system has leaked all of its coolant and is throwing a P6 code. I emailed them. I don't think this company is in business any longer... Website is down, phone going straight to a voicemail that's not set up, texting auto replies with a bot.
We had our heat pump installed December 2023. Everything was working well until December 2024 when we turned our heat back on from the heat pump and it was not working. The company came rather quickly and were able to fix the situation, which was a small leak at the time. December 2025 turn the heat back on and again we are without heat.
