Update: Their reply seems to be to try and look good. I did not hear from the company, my calls don’t go through. They have not made any attempts to call me. Still without a working heat pump as it turns out when they installed it then “fixed” it the first time, they didn’t do it correctly. They replaced the valve but did not fix the actual source of the leak. Company doesn’t hold true to anything they say, completely unreliable! Installing went well in the summertime, winter came along and our heat pump wouldn’t pump heat. They came and serviced it found out a valve was loose and released the gas. They fixed it (after breaking something else might I add) but none the less great! A year goes by this winter same issue, same codes and no heat. Multiple calls most unanswered, being told the tech is coming then the tech is sick, then answering the phone being told they’ll call me back and never do.
