The worst building experience ever! No AC, heat or water days throughout the year. Only one elevator so it's over worked and stops working from time to time. The parking lot has pot holes in it with trash every where. Hallways and restrooms are filthy. Definitely the most ghetto building I've experienced. Oh and the tenants play their music extremely loud. Not a great place for a spa or a serene type of business at all. I came to the Daniels Building on 8/9/2022 to receive a service, i loved the service I received however i was highly disappointed with the buildings maintenance, i needed to use the ladies room but unfortunately its not usable it was covered in mildew, there is a leak and quite frankly is a safety hazard. I should not have to go all the way to third floor just to use the restroom mid service. I came to get my hair done and the service was amazing. I loved my hair and the hair stylist but I'm rating this place a 1 star because of the noise I had to listen to for over an hour. Appearently there's a church inside the building and they were practicing. They were extremely loud. I walked out of my appointment with a major headache due to the noise. Who ever thought having a church inside a business building is out of their mind. I feel bad for the stylist who have to listen to them every time they play.

Great buildings and wonderful service. The young lady in the office is always very responsive and helpful with anything I need. I own and operate a commercial maintenance company so I don’t have much time to spend in my office. Anything I need she always handles it round the clock. Two thumbs up!

I'm going to be very honest. Working with this company is hard. Communication is extremly poor. Majority of the time the staff is not in their office during business hours. Ask any of the tenants, they'll tell you as they have told me. You get what you pay for though. Keep in mind this place is extremely affordable so you can't expect much.
