I didn't get a drink for a long time until I asked the hostess for one. She was too focused on her phone to care how long I sat there, and she didn't bother to get it either. She said she told my server who was busy making other drinks. Once the server, Andrea, took my order I never saw her again until I was done eating. She didn't deliver the food or check in with me once.
Fajitas are legit! Owners are hands-on and genuinely care about the experience to detail.
HWe absolutely love Marisol’s! We’ve been fans of the owners’ other restaurant, Rodeo Mexican in Liberty Hill, so we couldn’t wait to try this location. The owners are truly wonderful people who take so much pride in their restaurants, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The food is delicious, everything we’ve tried has been amazing, and the skinny margaritas are a solid 10/10! 🍹 We can’t recommend Marisol’s enough. We’re so happy to have another great restaurant from such amazing owners!
