An absolutely amazing property! Staff are friendly and professional, grounds are immaculate, and amenities are to be desired.
Units are very updated and spacious. My two favorite things are the location in Viera and the amenities. Highly recommended place to live.

Literally the worst complex you can Live in ever. The management makes the entire Living experience straight from you know where. Any maintenance request that you submit they try to make it seem like it’s your fault and blame you and charge you fees for it. The management has zero customer service skills. For example, when the trash man wasn’t picking up my trash (there’s VALET service remind you) the office manager charged me TWICE for a $75 fee for the two days that my trash was left outside.
