Although the apartment unit is great, the front staff and maintenance seems complacent with letting maintenance requests linger for 3 months. Having lived here for almost 12 months now, my A/C has gone out 7 times, and most times takes multiple days to be addressed. I would say I’ve probably spent over a month without A/C in these poorly maintained units. Being in Florida it should be a high priority for this “luxury” apartment to address and rectify any issues with the A/C.
