Look elsewhere. Don't move here if you prefer clean breezeways, consistent a/c, staff that cares, etc No one answers during business hours. Calls are not urgent during business hours because that's when everyone is at work (makes me sense). Document everything. They put on a great front when you are touring but after the lease is signed, good luck. My a/c has gone out several times and I haven't been here a year. I’m still having to go to a laundromat to clean my clothes while I’m paying over 2k a month for this place. Why? Because they won’t fix the clothes washer. Unbelievable. I’d break the lease if I could.
