By far the worst apartment experience I've ever had. We've stuck it out for 2 years but there will NOT be a third. Do not bother to spend your money here. There are PLENTLY of other choices in the this area for the same price point. Its not worth the headache & aggrivation. Buckle up for our list complaints ... This place is pure garbage i'd rather live under a bridge please for the love of god if you are looking into moving to this apartment community don't do it look elsewhere.
We pay way too much for the sub-standard service here. I have put in many work orders every few weeks for my A/C and it gets fixed temporarily everytime. There are afew weekends in which I have stayed without A/C and you can't get a response from the emergency maintenance line. I did finally get a response from the emergency maintenance line which stated it is only an emergency if ot is 80 degrees outside.
