⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The best place to call home!! The staff here is amazing. They are attentive and really make coming home a special feeling.
Everything was not perfect but Rea Munoz Rivera has been so awesome in helping me with the move in process. She has addressed any concerns and questions I have had.
We just moved in a few days ago and have had a WONDERFUL experience. The ONLY issue we are facing is extremely loud noise from our upstairs neighbors. Also the first day we moved in we saw 12 live roaches crawling around the kitchen and bathroom.
Maintenance takes forever. Fire alarm has been hanging off the wall of the building for multiple months. They claim “new appliances” but dishwasher, washer, dryer, and water heater all broke with the first 2 months. PAPER thin walls. The mold they created with the broken water heater was covered up with spray paint. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
My issue is still not resolved. The thermostat keeps switching the temperature setting. I have replaced the batteries with new ones. I think I may need a new thermostat. Please advise.
