I have passed this place many times over the years and yet did not go in; the windows etc always made it look closed. Was next door for another reason so went in to look around. Was so surprised to see a REAL Mexican restaurant in Bakersfield. Got the fish taco on suggestion of lovely waitress, and it was huge. One was plenty for $4.50. I went back the next night to get the whole fried fish..delicious and so filling. I will go back, as I have a couple of weeks to eat alone, and I love seafood.
