Started going to Marisa's this year and it has become our favorite restaurant. The bread and pasta is made from scratch, as are the various sauces. We brought our friends with us two weeks ago and they loved the seafood. We still are amazed at the size of the filet and rib eye steaks, they are twice the size served at other restaurants. Food is consistently good; Been there many times. Menu has changed up a bit, but still mostly traditional Italian food and some Steaks & Chops.
I have been coming here for years. It's time I come here the meal is great and the drinks are strong. I usually sit in the bar area and chat with all the guests who are all regulars. The bartenders Are usually very chatty and pleasant. Before you a very good drink. The food is absolutely fantastic. And fresh. Great experience.
I attended a wedding here and the wait staff and bar staff were attentive and genuinely nice and the food was delicious - I had a very large wedding for my daughter at the surf club in new Rochelle, which is known for wedding service and was so disappointed. That "upscale"venue could learn from this place! Too bad we couldn't transplant the service down here!
From pizza to tuna tartare, you are bound to find something on the menu at Marisa's. The bar is a busy, friendly place to eat, but the red room and dining room offer different decor and atmosphere. Good entertainment too!
Always great food, and service, authentic cuisine and always new additions as well as old favorites, Marisa's is always changing and refining and always for the better. We had reservations for 8pm and we were seated immediately as always, out friendly waitress saw us right away and bread served right away, our food came out quickly and as usual excellent, sauce is incredible, everything cooked to perfection, very sizable portions and always a great atmosphere, best Italian Restaurant in Trumbull

Each time when we visit this area, we are kindly invited by our business partner to have a meal at Marisa`s Ristorante. This time we were with a big group and had the special dining room. Great! The service makes this restaurant to one of my favorites. When travelling so far away from home, one needs a place to feel at home. That is, for me, Marisa`s.
We have had a good time in this restaurant, foods was very good and enough complete, courtesy from service AND WE GO BACK MANY SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
