Was a very nice restaurant. Will be back to eat. Was there for American Idol Nick's show.
The food here is really good. My main complaint is that the bar area is quite small so it fills up fast. I'm not crazy about the newer dining room. In the summer it turns into a "Jersey Shore" type dance area; not the greatest. The food makes up for it, and the servers in the bar are nice!
We recently visited Marisa's for a family dinner. We were promptly seated, drink orders taken and were given ample amount of time to look over the menu before the waitress returned for our orders.The food was very good - not outstanding but very good and we would definitely return if in the area. Several members of our party opted for the appetizer servings which were more than ample. We had a lovely server who made us feel very welcome even thought we were in jeans. We had wandered in not knowing anything about the place. It was a bit expensive but the food we received was terrific. The bread was very good and fresh. Our entrees was obviously made to order and very flavorful. The only complaints I might have is that there were no refills on soda. I would definitely go back on a special occasion.
it was excellent! They start you will really high quality homemade bread and olive oil. We just had pizza, and it was one of the best I have ever had. The crust was thin and perfect. There was no oil like you get on many pizzas. The decor is Italian as are most of the employees. The bar was packed with a middle aged crowd enjoying happy hour We will definitely go again
