They took their time and really value as a person, I got more than I probably should have worn my claim and I'm very happy it probably wasn't the biggest case they had but I won no matter what and I came out very well. I will definitely use them again and recommend it any of my friends and family to them if they need a workman's comp claim.
I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I was mislead to believe that I would be awarded more than the offer I received for a work related injury by the insurance company. The settlement I received was less than my original offer. My attorney James Fischer lead me to believe my settlement would include money to go to school which was not the case.
