Hanna is such a genuinely lovely person, and she is so knowledgeable about so many aspects of electrolysis. She will explain to you everything you need to know for the before, during, and after treatment. You will know all that you need in regards to every part of the process. Hanna has moved to a new location, and it is a little bit out of the way, but I think its well worth the trip. She made me feel cared for as a customer and a person, and she does great work as well!

Today was my first appointment with Hanna and it was awesome. You can tell that she really cares about her customers and her work, and her energy is really positive. She thoroughly explained the whole process to me and gave me a lot of great guidance on how I can best prepare my skin for our treatment going forward. The treatment itself was a lot less painful than I thought it would be, I honestly thought it was less painful than waxing and I barely had any redness at all afterwards.
