From the moment you reach out you will feel glad that you did! The entire staff is just wonderful, and have a true passion for helping people, and mental health.
The office manager, Emily, is incredibly responsive, helpful and not to mention just sooo absolutely pleasant to speak with. Her strong knowledge of not only the amazing mission behind Mariposa but the talented, validating clinicians that it employs, makes the process of scheduling so much less triggering (to my fellow anxious folks — scheduling is sometimes the hardest first step ). It is so evident that the staff at Mariposa truly and genuinely are happy and eager to help you feel, deal and heal.
Our family is beyond grateful for the incredible care and understanding Ms. Crystal Rusticus showed our child during a really tough period. From day one, she managed to build trust faster than I can get my kid to eat vegetables — which is saying a lot. Crystal created a space where our child felt safe, heard, and respected, which made all the difference.
