Two times now in a week and half, where my roommate and my cars have been broken into and ransacked. My roommate came out to his car doors and hood wide open this morning, and things missing out of his car (again). Last week my car and his was also broken into, I lost over 10k worth of valuable personal items. Lucy and I have lived at Mariposa in Playa del Rey since 2005, we may be the tenants with the longest tenure, it has been a very good experience! There has always been a good vibe here and the Management and Staff has always been agreeable and have done their best always. They say in Real Estate it's all about location, how about this location 1/4 mile from LAX and the Pacific Ocean. Would like to give a special shout out to Mareesa and Jennifer, these two professional in the office always get the job done with a smile!
