The owner is rude, so you have nobody to report him to. Lol
Tradition in Berea, the barbecue isn't great but the buffet is cheap and good. They have some good stuff on the menu too.
Rude staff and the entire atmosphere of the place was dirty. There were MULTIPLE tables piled up with dirty dishes and no effort was made to clean them up. It is not like the place was busy either. There was like two other tables of people grand total of maybe 12 in the entire place. Food was wrong and they told us to just pick off what was wrong. I used to be a fan but I have went my last time!
Rudest worker kept hanging the phone up on me cause i wanted to talk to a manager . yall need to work on your staff He was very rude and disrespectful. i worked at mcdonalds and had more manners than that .
We had to wait 5 minutes while the woman at the counter was on the phone to pay for our buffet. It was a little over 33.00 for three people. She wasn't very friendly and jerked my money out of my hand. They brought three pizzas out to the buffet the whole time we where there and 2 of those had barbeque sauce on them. Which my kids wouldn't even eat. We ended up eating fettuccine Alfredo and Lasagna. Both tasted like it had been sitting awhile.
