I called tonight to place a to go order. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Thinking they had forgotten I was on hold, I called back and before I could speak, I was placed on hold again after she rudely told me to hold. I tried a third time and the lady yelled at me, told be she was the only one working and if I'd stay on hold she'd get around to taking my order. The Hawaiian grizzly is delicious!
Ate there on 10/20/19 for two people it was $26 before tip for a lunchtime buffet. No Bread to eat with pizza or pasta, Had max enough pizza on the buffet at one time to equal 1 and a half pizzas and only had 2 options of what type of pizza available at one time. Lettuce for Salad was looking a little old, had no crackers or crutons for salad. If I bothered to look at the buffet before I paid, I would have walked out. I love this place the food is amazing It's my favorite place to eat. I won't eat pizza anywhere else I love that they make their own sauces and bread for all the sandwiches and hamburgers
This place SUCKS. POOR SERVICE. POOR OWNERSHIP. POOR MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMER CONCERNS. The menu is huge because it's all mediocre, substandard, burnt food. Rude to customers who have issues with food, offer no comps or coupons or anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THIS HEALTH HAZARD.
