We went to Mario's and I was quite frankly disappointed. Every dish was served with a creme sauce. I am lactose intolerant and literally was not able to eat anything on the menu, A good Italian restaurant should have a top notch red sauce that could be easily interchanged with the over abundant "Panne" sauce Mario chooses to implement on every dish. Is it really too hard to cook a great red sauce and offer a choice on each dish ?
The best pizza sauce I have ever tasted. April our sever was very polite and extremely helpfully. Atmosphere is an Italian feeling. Definitely will be going back.

Fantastic place! Took my family and had a wonderful experience. Our youngest nearly cried because the flavors were so good! Every bite was exotic and fresh from the start. Bravo Mario and staff!!

We stop in for dinner and they made us feel welcome even without a reservation. The food an sevice was fabulous. Everything was fresh and burstng with flavor. We plan to make the hour drive from Becker again and looking forward to trying something new that reminds me of my boompas cooking.
Amazing coffee and fabulous pizza!! The food is awesome! The staff are wonderful and Mario is warm and friendly. It's a Watertown favorite for our family!
The filet mignon was so tender..very good. The parmesan potatoes and green beans were fantastic as well. Our first visit will not be our last!
