I rent my hot water heater is a rental from ***********************. The owner of Marion Plumbing handled all the paperwork on a Monday and on Wednesday his plumbers were at my condo and installed the new hot water heater in less than an hour! Great plumbers and a great company to do business with. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Steve was professional throughout the process. He answered the phone call right away even though he was on another job at the time. He talked me through options and helped me with the warranty claim. His team came the very next day and got everything installed quickly and efficiently.

Steve M was great! My hot water heater went and when I called him, he had me send him pictures, told me how to turn off the water, and came out that afternoon to replace it. He was very professional, quick and thorough. I highly recommend Marion Plumbing.
