Awful State Farm office. They never answer the phone and never return voice mails. I asked them to cancel my condo insurance with Citizens' for a partial refund as I sold the condo. I sent them the documentation they needed. I then waited a month, no refund, went on the Citizens web site and my policy was never cancelled. I am dealing directly with Citizens. I called to complain, got voicemail, no return call.
