If you are doing any working interview or "subbing" in response to these ads ask up front if it is paid. I agreed to cover a day for an office on here and was not going to be paid at the end of the day. They called me for a working interview but I was not interested in the position they had to offer, but I offered to help out by subbing if they still wanted me to.
